How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in the United States is $8.95, however when purchasing shoes the shipping price will be slightly higher; in this case we will then email you the shipping quote and adjust your total accordingly.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders when placed before 3pm CST, will be shipped out the same day. Shoes take 3-4 days before they ship. Backordered items may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
Does it say Sexy Stitches on the package?
To ensure your privacy, the package will arrive from S.S. Enterprises.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, We now accept international orders. Charges for most international orders are $24 unless you order over 2lbs. In this case we will notify you of the shipping charge that you would incur. Taxes and Duties are not included for International orders. Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of placing the order, otherwise there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Important Note
If your order is returned to us because of a bad address, we may charge your credit card a 25% restocking fee. However, if we obtain the correct shipping address, we will re-ship the items to you, and charge you for the shipping costs. Please make sure to double check your billing information and shipping address before completing the order.
